A Croatian birth certificate (rodni list) is officially an extract from the register of births. Because registers in Croatia are kept electronically, the extract can be issued by any registry office regardless of the place of birth, and it can also be requested through the e-Građani system.
Besides the standard extract there is an international (multilingual) extract, which some countries accept without translation. For EU countries, a multilingual standard form under Regulation (EU) 2016/1191 is often available too.
