A Croatian criminal record certificate (uvjerenje o nekažnjavanju) is issued from the criminal records kept by the ministry responsible for justice. It can be requested at a municipal court or through the e-Građani system, and for another person generally with a power of attorney.
Foreign institutions typically require it for employment, visas, residence, adoption or work with children, and often want it to be no more than a few months old. So we obtain it just before you need it, arrange the apostille or legalisation and provide a certified translation.
Foreign certificates for use in Croatia
