This policy explains how ABC Translation ("we") processes the personal data you send us through this website or by email, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect
The data you enter in the request form: name, email address, phone (optional), city, a description of your request and the attached documents. Documents may contain other personal data, such as dates of birth or family details. To prevent abuse, we temporarily store a shortened (hashed) record of your IP address.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to prepare a quote and, if you accept it, to perform the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract), and to meet legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Recipients
Requests are delivered by email via Google Workspace, and the website is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland, a country covered by a European Commission adequacy decision). To perform the service we share documents only with those who must take part in it, such as the court interpreter, a notary or the competent authority.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication. Data related to completed services is kept as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools and does not load content from external servers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Send your request to info@abc-office.eu. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.

Send a scan or photo of your document and tell us where it will be used. We reply with an exact price and deadline, with no obligation.
