Croatian death certificate (smrtni list)

A death certificate (smrtni list) is an extract from the register of deaths. It is needed for probate, transfer of property, stopping pension payments and insurance claims – often in another country.
If the deceased owned property in Croatia and the heirs live abroad, we help with the whole chain of documents: the death certificate, a land registry extract, a power of attorney for your representative in probate, the apostille and certified translations.
We translate foreign death certificates into Croatian for probate before Croatian notaries and courts.
