A land registry extract (zemljišnoknjižni izvadak, commonly called vlasnički list) shows the ownership of a property and any encumbrances entered in the land register. Land registers are kept by the land registry departments of the municipal courts, and extracts are also available electronically.
Foreign buyers and heirs of Croatian property need it translated for their bank, tax adviser or probate at home. We obtain the extract, provide a certified translation and arrange the apostille if needed.
For signing the purchase contract at the notary we provide a court interpreter, and for representation in your absence we prepare a bilingual power of attorney.
