The Croatian court register (sudski registar) is kept by the commercial courts and lists companies and other legal entities. An official extract proves that a company exists, who is authorised to represent it and its key details; foreign banks, partners, tenders and registries ask for it.
For use abroad we obtain the official extract, arrange the apostille and provide a certified translation. We translate foreign extracts (e.g. Handelsregisterauszug, Kbis, Companies House) into Croatian for setting up a branch, opening an account or procedures before Croatian authorities.
We also translate other corporate documents: articles of association, shareholder resolutions, financial statements and powers of attorney.
